The comparison of relationships between milk indicators in different species of ruminants in the Czech Republic

  • Original language description

    Bulk milk samples were investigated. There were 93 cow (Czech Fleckvieh (B)), 60 goat (White short-haired (W)) and 60 sheep (Tsigai (C)) samples. Following correlations were stated by linear regression: fat/crude protein ratio (F/CP) x acetone (A) log 0.28 (B; P<0.01), -0.10 (W) and 0.11 (C; both P>0.05); somatic cell count (SCC) log x lactose content -0.43 (B), -0.46 (W) and -0.58 (C; all P<0.001); SCC log x casein 0.16 (B), -0.02 (W; both P>0.05) and 0.54 (C; P<0.001, it could be caused by lactation stadium); SCC log x casein number -0.16 (B), -0.20 (W) and -0.25 (C; which is physiologically logical but for all P>0.05); SCC log x coagulation time 0.29 (B), 0.40 (W; both also logical with P<0.01) and -0.02 (C; P>0.05); SCC log x citric acid (CA) -0.15(B), -0.14 (W; both P>0.05) and -0.31 (C; P<0.05); CA x A log -0.19 (B; P>0.05), 0.30 (W; P<0.05) and 0.09 (C; P>0.05); F/CP x CA -0.16 (B; P>0.05), -0.32 (W; P<0.05) and -0.20 (C; P>0.05).

Srovnání vztahů mezi mléčnými ukazateli různých druhů přežvýkavců v České republice

  • Czech description

    Byly vyšetřeny bazénové vzorky mléka. Bylo zahrnuto 93 vzorků krav (České strakaté (B)), 60 koz (Bílá krátkosrstá (W)) a 60 ovcí (Cigája (C)). Pomocí lineární regerese byly stanoveny následující korelace: poměr tuk/hrubé bílkoviny (F/CP) x log ceton (A)0,28 (B; P<0,01), -0,10 (W) a 0,11 (C; obě P>0,05); log počtu somatických buněk (SCC) x obsah laktózy -0,43 (B), -0,46 (W) a -0,58 (C; všechny P<0,001); log SCC x kasein 0,16 (B), -0,02 (W; obě P>0,05) a 0,54 (C; P<0,001, to by mohlo být způsobeno stadiem laktace); log SCC x kaseinové číslo -0,16 (B), -0,20 (W) a -0,25 (C; což je fyziologicky logické, ale pro všechny P>0,05); log SCC x čas koagulace 0,29 (B), 0,40 (W; obojí také logické s P<0,01) a -0,02 (C; P>0,05); log SCC x kyselina citrónová (CA) -0,15 (B), -0,14 (W; obojí P>0,05) a -0,31 (C; P<0,05); CA x log A -0,19 (B; P>0,05), 0,30 (W; P<0,05) a 0,09 (C; P>0,05); F/CP x CA -0,16 (B; P>0,05), -0,32 (W; P<0,05) a -0,20 (C; P>0,05).
