Based on the authors’ scientific cooperation, research results and teaching experience, the goal of the paper is to analyse different views on creative management and management of human capital. The time when the organization's most important asset was tangible capital, is an irretrievable past. In a global economy, intercultural market and management acting on the basis of creativity, information and knowledge - human capital is perhaps the only stable source of competitive advantage for the organization. People are the most valuable resource of any enterprise. Today it is not enough that the organization was equipped with quality technical resources and technologies. The added value is created by the people - as bearers of human capital.
