This textbook should serve as a kind of learning tool for counselling professionals to help them navigate the new labour market situation and the world of new forms of work that are emerging quite rapidly thanks to various accelerators. One of these reasons is the introduction of ICTs (information and communication technologies); we can newly feel the impact of the pandemic situation on a particular form of telework. The expansion of NFW and modified vocational identities are a CHALLENGE FOR GUIDANCE. It is not enough anymore to support clients in choosing and starting their career and in switching jobs. Guidance has to empower a very diverse new client group to perform their boundaryless careers and individual vocations, or support these clients in moving on to a more stable and secure form of work.
