This paper deals with the evaluation of lubricants from their condition and trickle point of view onto their role for following processing ? drawing of car-body stampings. The aim of paper was to find answers for questions about production technology concerning the amount decrease of chosen drawing oils and their eventually trickle in the conditions of normal drawing process for manufacturing of car-body stampings. Laboratory tests for different types of lubricants showed the change in properties in different climatic conditions as a result of transport, manipulation, stocking as well as utility operations relevant the whole process drawing of car-body stampings. Occurrence of possible decrease of lubricant amount together with trickle is interesting mainly from the point of oil layer and its change during time delays of drawing in series production and from whence it follows problems join with production defects caused by lubrication deficient.

Příspěvek se zabývá hodnocením maziv z  hlediska  jejich kondicionace  a skapávání  na vliv  úlohy  maziv při  následném zpracování - tažení výlisků karosářského typu. Cílem příspěvku bylo najít odpovědi na otázky technologie výroby týkající se úbytku množství nanesených vybraných tvářecích olejů a jejich případného skapávání v podmínkách běžného provozu při tváření nepravidelných výlisků dílů karoserie automobilu. Laboratorní zkoušky jednotlivých typů maziv prokázaly změnu vlastností v různých klimatických podmínkách v důsledku přepravy, manipulace, skladování, jakožto  pomocných operací doprovázejících celý proces lisování karosářských výlisků. Výskyt možného jevu úbytku maziva společně se skapáváním je zajímavý právě z hlediska olejové vrstvy a jejízměny během časových prodlev při tváření v sériové výrobě a z toho vyplývajících problémů spojených s výrobními vadami způsobenými nedostatečným mazáním.
