    The influence of mold temperature on weldability of thermoplastics with nanofillers

  • Original language description

    This paper deals with influence of different temperatures injection mould on ultarsonic welded bond strength. Tested are materials with different nanoparticle fillers, polypropylene with nanoparticles of clay and polyoximethylene with carbon nanotubes. Specimens made at different temperatures of injection mould are subsequently on equal conditions ultrasonic welded. Is assessed strength of welded joints. Obtained results are compared with results of basic materials without nanoparticles. Method of jointing technical thermoplastics by ultrasonic welding is very useful in most of industry branches. Owing to high speed of the process and reproducibility of welding results this technology enforce e.g . in large - lot cars production. Good results of welding considering strength, tightness and optical appearance are only then, if joined parts are well designed with considering of process and material. Process of welding is to a great extent dependent upon features entering parts.

    Vliv teploty vstřikovací formy na svařitelnost termoplastů s nanoplnivy

    Příspěvek se zabývá vlivem různých teplot vstřikovací formy na pevnost svaru zhotoveného ultrazvukem. Jsou testovány materiály s různým nanoplnivem, polypropylene s nanočásticemi jílu a polyoximethylen s uhlíkovými nanotrubičkami. Vzorky zhotovené při různé teplotě formy, jsou následně svařeny za stejných podmínek. Je hodnocena pevnost spoje a výsledky sjou porovnány s materiály bez nanoplniv.
