Accuracy verification of MEMS Holder Servoing Using Industrial Camera
Original language description
This work deals possibilities accuracy and robustness verification of visual positioning task within an automated micro-camera assembly. Visual placing of MEMS die holders is based on eye-to-hand tracking principle and realized by a 3D visual servoing approach. The accuracy and repeatability of this method was examined during measurement from 20 different initial places. The accuracy was calculated according to ISO 9283. The achieved accuracy was 1,3 ?m and repeatability 2,1 ?m. The rotation accuracy was less than 0.4°.
