Original language description
The article deals with the identification of customers in selected companies working with ultimate markets. The first part of this entry deals with CRM as an accession, which serves for identification, qualification, obtaining, development and keeping even more stable and profitable relationships on both sides. It is not possible to service the whole market in the same way when regulating the relationship with customers. On the customer level, there is the main aim to decide whether the base is dividedinto different groups or whether some different strategies in the relationship with customers should be created. The aim of the primary research was to determine the actual stage of differentiating operating of relationships between the company and customers in those companies which function on the ultimate market in the region of Liberec.
