Retailing business is greatly affected by consumers, their attitudes and values. With the rising competition, increasing number of different types of stores and opportunities for shopping it is becoming extremely important for retailers to know how consumers view competing stores and how they choose specific retailers. A better understanding the consumers store choice behaviour thus helps retailers to develop their competitive strategies. The paper discusses interactions between customer store choice behaviour and customer values as customer value has a significant influence on the purchasing and repurchasing intentions of customers.

Článek se zabývá problematikou vztahu mezi proceme výběru prodejny a hodnotou zákazníka, protože hodnota zákazníka ve smyslu spotřebitelské hodnoty má velký vliv na nákupní chování zákazníka a tím i na výběr prodejny jako místa nákupu.
