    The paper discusses the issue of clothing store image as one of the factors affecting the customer value. The customer value depends on customer store loyalty. The customer store choice process is to a great degree influenced by store image, ie. store attributes and their perception (evaluation) by customers. The paper brings a theoretical background of retail image, retail image attributes and their measurement as well as the findings of the researches conducted in the clothing retailing in the Czech Republic and abroad.
