Original language description
The main aim of this contribution is to compare some measures of shape complexity based on the concept of fractal dimension and Fourier shape analysis with traditional measures. Before Fourier and fractal analysis are shape contour transformed to the polcoordinates. The fractal dimension for polar representation is computed from variogram. The simulation of shapes for comparison of individual measures is based on the elliptical family of cross sections.

Cílem práce je porovnání charakteristik komplexity příčného řezu vláken založené na f fraktálním rozměru a Fourierově tvarové analýze..Před použitím těchto metod se provádí převod na polární souřadnice. Pro testaci postupů je použito serie eliptickýchsimulovaných řezů.
