Influence of a weft sett on a weaving resistence

Original language description

The fabric is formed on the weaving machine during the beat-up process. This process determines the fabric quality. We deal with the theoretical and experimental analyses of the beat-up process in our weaving laboratory. The present paper includestwo parts: a theoretical part and an experimental part, which deal with the mutual forces interaction between the weaving machine and the textile material during the beat-up process. The theoretical part deals with the Brierley theory about the weaving rdependence on the weft sett and with expressing this dependence for a real situation in the cloth fell. The experimental part describes a method for measurements of the beat-up force, which are realised in our weaving laboratory.We realised these measurements for a variety of the weft setts. The results of the measurements and the results of the theoretical part are confronted in the conclusion part of this paper.

Článek je rozdělen do dvou hlavních částí: teoretická a experimentální část. Teoretická část se zabývá teoretickým popisem závislosti tkacího odporu na útkové dostavě. Experimentální část popisuje způsob měření přírazné sílyv Tkalcovské laboratoři TU ? Liberec. Uvedené měření bylo provedeno pro různé útkové dostavy. Výsledky měření jsou konfrontovány s teoretickými poznatky v závěrečné části článku.
