Use of parallel approach to linear algebra in parallel programming is advantageous and efficient if we compute e.g. with matrices of a big size. The paper is devoted to comparison of calculation time of computing the approximate solution of the system of(linear) difference equations for different sizes of the system matrix by the numerical method of steepest descent on one or on two processors.
