Original language description
Two sister prolamin spectra (ii > 0.6) were detected in 4 genotypes of hexaploid tritordeum (HT31-1, HT31-2, HT129, HTC1331) and two non-sister prolamin lines (ii = 0.47) were detected in the genotype HTC 1380. Electrophoretic spectra for the lines HT 31-1 and HT 31-2 were identical even though these genotypes differed in morphological traits. The remaining genotypes of hexaploid (HT31-3, HT31-4 HT31-5, HT115, HT119, HT135, HTC1323, HTC1324) and octoploid (HT109 and HT219) tritordeum were uniform in prolamin.
