Simulation training in virtual reality (VR) provides social work students (and other helping professions) the opportunity to learn through the practical application of social work skills in addressing specific cases. After the simulation, educators conduct evaluations that integrate the students' experiences with their learning objectives. VR simulation ensures a safe environment for multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary collaboration between social work students and students from other fields. It offers space for immediate feedback, consideration of alternative decisions, and strengthening competencies in real-time within a low-risk environment.
