Original language description
The objective of the proposed study is to provide a subjective view on the theory of learning regions in terms of perception of this theory and its acceptability on the present. Some recommendations that this theory has brought are presented and how their applications are currently regarded. In this way, we can find an answer for the question, if it is possible to use a theoretical base of the learning regions theory in the field of a regional policy. Regional programming and projectsare explored as well.

Cílem příspěvku je poskytnout subjektivní pohled na teorii učících se regionů ve smyslu vnímání této teorie a její akceptovatelností v současnosti. V tomto smyslu příspěvek podává odpověď na otázku, zda je možné používat teoretickou základnu na poli regionální politiky.
