Original language description
The article deals with the topic related to talent management. Its goal is to find out, using an analysis of professional literature and research, how talent management is implemented in companies, and to present the results of the primary research aimedat using talent management in companies in the Czech Republic. Further, after implementing knowledge from professional literature and secondary surveys carried out in international companies, the paper focuses on a comparison of their results to the primary one and suggests the comprehensive methodology of working with talented workers not only in the Czech Republic.
