Original language description
The purpose of this paper is to summarize the basic findings of the research, which deals with employing and with managing of part-time workers. Partial aim is to compare the attitudes of employers and representatives of small and medium enterprises in the Moravian-Silesian region to part-time work. To achieve the goal of this work were used method of description, comparison and statistical methods. It was found that the use of part-time employment is dependent on the size of an enterprise and is independent on the owner of the enterprise. It was also found the differences among the respondents in the opinions about effectiveness of part-time employees for the company.
