    Hysteresis in a first order hyperbolic equation

    We study a hyperbolic equation of first order with hysteresis nonlinearity. For the integral solution of this equation we derive an entropy condition of the type introduced by Kruv{z}kov. This is proved without the assumption of symmetry of the hysteresis boundary curves and also for a nonzero source term.

    Článek se zabývá hyperbolickou rovnicí prvního řádu s hysterézní nelinearitou. Pro integrální řešení je odvozena podmínka entropie v zmysle Kružkova. Věta je dokázáná bez předpokladu symetrie hysterézních smyček a i pro nenulovou pravou stranu.
