Quality management is nowadays the standard of most organizations that want to succeed with their products on the domestic and foreign markets. Part of a properly functioning quality management is well implemented process management and performance measurement processes. The aim of this paper is to present the draft methodology for SMEs. The methodology is focused on the application process management and performance measurement in calibration laboratories. Part of the case study is to model calibrationprocess modeled using ARIS software tool. Based on the process analysis of the process are setting measurable KPI's which serve as a basis for analysis and following optimization process. The proposed methodology is generally applicable to SMEs and their processes.
