The aim of this paper is to describe process of risks modelling and simulation based on methodology development for risk management software for SMEs. The proposed concept tries to combine objective process modelling with risk and qualitative or quantitative risk assessment techniques. The proposed solution integrates process management, performance and risk management according to one methodological approach based on a Sustainable Enterprise Risk Management system (SERM). This research has been supported by the European Commission under Marie Curie action FP7, project Risk Management Software System for SMEs in the Construction Industry (RiMaCon).
