Original language description
The objective of this article is to evaluate the CRM level in the selected company, Hennlich, s.r.o., and give a recommendation in the CRM area. Hennlich, s.r.o. is an electrotechnology company operating in Central, Eastern and Southeast Europe. The evaluation of the CRM level is based on the CRACK model and a questionnaire. The proposed recommendation in the CRM area applies to the company's internal documents, culture, the results of the CRACK model and the questionnaire. The results of CRM are satisfactory and sufficient. The company is ready for the full implementation of the CRM software. The CRM recommendation includes the “walking dinner” activity, improvement in the area of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and modifications of the corporate website, the “mystery shopping” service by an external company, and training aimed at improving business meeting skills for employees.
