The Blade Interaction Model Suitable for Nonlinear Simulations of Bladed Disks
Original language description
The aim of the paper is to introduce an alternative method for the solution of a contact problem and show the comparison with the standard ANSYS finite element system. The implementation of the alternative method is motivated by reducing computational requirements of solved problems (rotor dynamic, etc.). The presented method is based on the decomposition of a contact surface into a set of elementary contact areas. The contact is solved independently for each area after the decomposition. The Hertzian contact methodology is used for obtaining a static contact stiffness. The methodology is implemented in the MATLAB system and obtained results for chosen test cases are compared with the results obtained by the ANSYS software.
