This paper is focused on a possible methodology for estimating of regression curve by nonparametric kernel regression approach. The main objective is a description of nonparametric regression function with using Nadaraya-Watson approach including a real data application for beer consumption in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. It includes the influence of the basic parameters and proposal some appropriate optimization methods. It means a calibration of the proposed model.
