Data analysis for MICA / MICB genes identification
Original language description
The approach to identifying MICA and MICB alleles is presented. The introduced pipeline contains and compares sequenced data of exons 2-4 of MICA and 2-5 exons of MICB genes obtained from Sanger sequencing together with available reference sequences from IPD database. Specific issues encountered during data processing such as low data quality, sequencing errors, contig creation, or obtaining final result from partial results of mentioned exons. All process was prepared to be proposed as a potential solution for future clinical use.
