In article was studied the blue-shift of optical ban-gap in amorphous hydrodenated silicon (a-Si:H) and microcrystalline hydrodenated silicon (mc-Si:H). It was found that nanocrystalline Si clusters are subject to quantum-size effect (QSE) in a-Si:H.
