The comparison of common and tatary buckwheat like a source of rutin
Original language description
One variety of common buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench) and one variety of tartary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum L.) were tested in field experiments in year 2002. The rutin content was determined by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography in different plant parts at full flowering stage.
