    In this chapter, we reflect on how Petra Scherer&apos;s work has influenced our research. We collaborated on two projects of the European Comenius program. The first focused on the possibilities of developing professional competencies of primary school teachers (especially the competence of self-reflection and joint reflection). In the second project, we created sets of tasks in environments stimulating learning. The tasks enabled differentiation in heterogeneous classrooms.
