Designing a quasi-professional interactive environment for partnership interaction between teachers and students.
Original language description
Preparing future teachers for effective partnership interaction is impossible without actively involving students in the learning process. The key tasks of interaction in professional training include fostering positive motivation for professional partnership, developing professional orientation, acquiring knowledge on organizing interaction in teaching activities, gaining communication and organizational skills, and cultivating the need for professional and personal development. This article examines the creation of a quasi-professional interactive environment for fostering partnership interaction through the use of interactive pedagogical technologies such as the case method, modeling professional situations, analyzing problem-communication situations, business games, and training sessions. Special attention is given to the analysis of conflict situations in partnership interaction, their resolution stages, and the development of constructive conflict management skills among future teachers. The study results highlight the importance of interactive technologies in teacher training, as they contribute to the development of communicative and professionally significant qualities, enhance self-analysis and critical thinking skills, and help future teachers develop effective interaction strategies in professional environments.
