The paper deals with design of the fuzzy expert system for evaluating of bargaining power of customers in supply chains. Proposed model is based on Porter´s model of the competitive forces, where is very difficult to measure the competitive variables because of imprecise and vagueness of approachable information´s. Fuzzy model is also used for decrease the level of uncertainty and applicated in case study of five companies.
