The gender pay gap exists both in Ukraine and globally. The purpose of the study is to examine the gender pay gap among men and women in the IT sector. The research was based on the analysis of statistical indicators and reports of international IT companies. The study found that the gender pay gap in the IT sector is quite widespread, but there is a tendency to reduce it.
