Risk assessment of ground water sources for emergency supply
Original language description
The paper deals with the procedure of semi-quantitative risk analysis of ground water source earmarked for emergency supply of population with regard to a selected set of natural and anthropogenic hazards. The risk analysis proved that the source is sufficiently resistant to identified hazards and may be included into the regional crisis plan. The proposed method may become a guideline for the risk assessment of ground water sources as one of the significant classification criteria of these important alternative sources of emergency supply with drinking water within the crisis planning system.
