For each attitude identify by ATMoD, respondents were asked to give their reasons in writing. Responses were evaluated using a the grounded theory with the intent to identify spontaneous of professional values. After performing ATMoD it was found that the conservative value orientation in the whole set slightly strengthened and each of the value profiles changed, some strengthened, some weakened. Significant identification with value profiles containing the basic values of the military profession - conservatism and self-transcendence have been found.
