Measuring of the fuel quantity in the aircraft fuel tanks is, with respect to flight safety, very important thing. In this paper is presented one of the modern conceptions of the fuel gauge of the aircraft, involving digital signal processing, temperature error correction and software linearization of the fuel tank volume charakteristics.
