Original language description
In this paper we introduce the notation of pseudo regular rings and obtain some properties of such rings. Further, we will proceed by considering a multiplicative hyperrings $R$, we obtain the smallest equivalence relation eta*, such that the quotient R/eta*, the set of all equivalence classes, is a pseudo regular ring. Finally, we characterize pseudo regular and strongly regular relations on R and obtain several results on the topic.
