    This paper deals with a mathematical model that assesses the impact of CO2 in the cab of vehicle and the influence of variables in relation to the occupants in vehicle. These parameters are then verified by using modelling in Matlab. The aim of paper is to verify the mathematical model and an evaluation of dependence of individual parameters used in the mathematical model.
