Supercritical fluid extaction in analysis of PCBs and PAHs in beer

Original language description

This work shows suitable conditions of supercritical fluid extraction method in direct continuous mode for the extraction of PAHs and PCBs in beer. The results of CSFE extraction are compared with those obtained by classical liquid-liquid extraction usedas a reference method. The CSFE method gives a similar efficiency as using of liquid-liquid extraction and can be suitable for the determination of these polutants in beer.

Czech description

Práce se zabývá nalezením vhodných podmínek superkritické fluidní extrakce v souproudém uspořádání pro extrakci PAH a PCB ze vzorků piva. Výsledky jsou porovnány s parametry klasické extrakce v systému kapalina-kapalina. Metoda CSFE poskytuje srovnatelnévýsledky s klasickou extrakcí a je možné ji doporučit pro stanovení těchto polutantů v pivu.
