Original language description
A method for the determination of chlorinated phenols in brewing liquor and beer is described. Solid phase extraction technique for the sample preconcentration was used. Than the analytes were derivatized and determined by gas chromatographic analysis couplet with electron capture detector. SPE columns LiChrolut EN (ethyl vinyl benzene divinyl benzene polymer with an extremly large specific surface) and LiChrolut RP-18 were tested. The dependences of recovery on the eluent volume were investigated. Validated parameters of the optimalized method for the determination of chlorinated phenols in brewing liquor and beer are shown in this work.

Czech description
Práce popisuje metodu stanovení chlorfenolů v mladině a pivu. Pro přípravu vzorků byla použita extrakce na pevné fázi. Poté byly analyty derivatizovány a stanoveny na plynovém chromatografu s detektorem elektronového záchytu. Pro extrakci byly porovnánySPE kolonky LiChrolut EN a Lichrolut RP 18. Byla také ověřena závislost výtěžnosti na objemu elučního rozpouštědla. Práce obsahuje pracovní charakteristiky optimalizované metody.
