Two independent methods were developed and used for determination of compounds with a potential health benefit in main Czech hop varieties. Isoflavonoids and prenylflavonoids were analyzed by HPLC with CoulArray detection and catechine mono- and oligomers were determined by UHPLC-ToFMS. Hops of four varieties (Saaz, Sladek, Preminat and Agnus) from several growing localities were analyzed.
