The poster that was presented on the scientific conference (56th North American Chemical Residue Workshop, Naples, FL, USA, 21.-24. 6. 2019) and it concerning on the study of the fate of pesticide residues in twenty four samples of malting barley originated from Brazil harvested at three locations (São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul region Pelotas and region Vacaria). The poster presented the results of study that was focused on a complete description of cerryover several common pesticides: organophosphorus insecticides (chlorpyrifos and pirimiphos-methyl), morpholine fungicide (fenpropimorph), strobilurin fungicides (pyraclostrobin and trifloxystrobin) and triazole (tebuconazole) fungicides from barley to malt and from malt to sweet wort.
