The differences in endogenous contents of the phytohormones (IAA, ABA) under study were estimated in the caryopses of three barley varieties (Alexis, Akcent and Rubín) which showed a decreasing character during post-harvest maturation. On the contrary, the values of the germinating energy and germination indices increased during investigation. Significant differences were observed among the varieties

V obilkách tří odrůd ječmene (Alexis, Akcent a Rubín) byly zjištěny rozdíly v endogenních obsazích sledovaných fytohormonů (IAA, ABA), které u všech tří odrůd měly v průběhu posklizňového dozrávání sestupný charakter. Naopak, hodnoty energie klíčení a indexy klíčení v průběhu sledování stoupaly. Mezi odrůdami byly zaznamenány významné rozdíly
