    Effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) depends on the successful implementation of the system and its continuous support. CRM is connected with the knowledge management of the company. The key critical factors of both are human resources in internal processes of the company, interconnection of the CRM and the KM system and their subsystems. Supportive factor is also the formulation of the principles of work with information and their distribution in the strategy, known and shared by all members of the organization.
