    expectancy, changes in family functions, equal access to education and employment. These changes are pushing on organizational structures and accountability of line managers and employees. Changes in society require new knowledge, skills and changes of professions. The development of managers and employees is in the 21 century one of the important factors to achieve high productivity and competitiveness. Through career management company develops employees; satisfaction and performance increases, attractiveness of company in the labor market increases and turnover is reduced. Applications for career management depend on many individual and contextual factors as socio-economic, cultural and organizational factors. Therefore, further research in this area is to get knowledge and understanding about career concepts and career routes, to identify the content and significance of factors affecting career management.
