This paper is based on the authors? collaboration with the regional brewery ?TAMBOR?. The specific conditions of the beer production led to the modern concept of management in order to optimize dispatch of the information flow in relation to the businessof suppliers and customers. This approach has led to real improvement of the information management. Finalizing of the performance vertical of the product is designed and based on high quality of beer production. Unlike conventional breweries, where theprocess of the production management and its technology are base oriented on complex automated manufacturing systems using computer technology, the researched object is trying to return to the traditional brewing technology with parallel connection to digital data processing. These specifics define the degree of uniqueness of the examined object not only in the Czech Republic but also in the whole Central Europe.
