Regional labelling is one of the effective marketing tools for increasing competitiveness, especially for small and medium-sized enterprises. In Austria are currently several good working and effective regional labelling systems. The article analyzes the recognition of the Regional label Waldland among consumers in Lower Austria in terms of strategic brand management with an emphasis on managing their marketing communication activities.
