Original language description
The content of score analysed grain compounds in spelt grown in the low-input system was slightly higher when compared with material of common wheat, variety Samara. The exception was statistically significant higher content of zinc, phosphorus and ash matter and content of lysine. Old Swiss varieties Ostro and Oberkulmer and new breeding material KR 489-11-15 exceeded other varieties in stability and in absolute content of nitrogenous compounds in grain. Statistically significant positive correlation between content of crude protein and L-lysine in spelt grain was determined.
