There were analysed 11 samples of wheats, which were choices as feedings wheat. By all samples analysed for content of aminoacids on automatic aminoacids analyser AAA 400. According the simple methods were counted biological values of wheat?s protein. Wheats were compared according of AA content, according EAA in the minimum, accordin content of basic EAA, according chemical score CS. The best wheats will be used for testing in the biological tests on laboratory animals. Results from our tests will be recommended for another plant breeding of feedings wheat.
