Original language description
Altogether 29 species were found or recorded in Podyjí NP, representing 55.8 % of the total Czech fauna. An additional species, Conops vitellinus Loew, 1847, was recorded from Podyjí NP (Vranov nad Dyjí) by CZIŽEK (1910), however, CHVÁLA (1961) considered this record unreliable so this species was not included in the above list. Five species found or recorded in Podyjí NP have been included in the recent regional Red list as vulnerable species (L. brevirostris, L. signatus, M. bicolor, P. laticincta, and P. pusilla). This supports the high biological value of the Podyjí NP for species conservation purposes. The most common frequent in the study area were M. buccata (found in 18 samples), C. flavipes and S. ferrugineus (12 samples) and M. pellucida (11samples). The localities supporting the most diverse conopid species spectrum were Vranov nad Dyjí (16 species) and Znojmo (13 species), however, both do not represent a single locality. The richest localities from recent samples were Hav
