The study presents the evaluation results of the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) implementation as a partof the Bologna Declaration at the State Agrarian University of Moldova. Paper points out the main feature ofcurrent situation of ECTS implementation process at the University which has been established since 2001 and itsutilization for students and teaching staff mobility. Despite of fact, that since 2005 each student has received theDiploma Supplement, which is in accordance with UNESCO-CEPESlevel, all Master programmes are still notrunning with the Bologna Declaration principles and students and staff mobility remains at very low level.Recommendations for ECTS implementation process at the Master level at the State Agrarian University of Moldovaare provided. The University has made a considerable progress in implementing many elements of the BolognaProcess whereas several points should be improved or implemented.
