Original language description
Effect of the post- exchange annealing on properties of the optical waveguides fabricated in erbium doped lithium niobate was studied by various methods. It was found, that suitable regime of the annealing up to 400 °C may substantially lower concentration of the OH and that enhance the chance of the APE Er doped waveguides to be used in active photonics devices
