Inorganic-organic thin films, preparation and application
Original language description
Application of thin films is one of the frequently used methods of an improvement of material properties. According to the composition thin films can be classified into single komponent, multicomponent or multilayer films. The motivation for the preparation of multicomponent or multilayer film is in the combination of the positive properties of individual components. Concerning the method of preparation the most often used are the following techniques: i) sol gel technique (deposition of presursor solution on the substrate by dip or spin coating), ii) plasmatic deposition and iii) magnetron sputtering.
